(In other words, shipping is extra.) The Elite Guarantee - If you are not happy with our products, we will do our best to make you happy. It's that simple. Returns - Custom Items May Not Be Returned. If the product has not been laser engraved or sand etched and has not had anything done to it that would prevent us from selling it to someone else, and we stock the item, you may return it. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and you pay the return shipping. Cancellation Costs - Orders cancelled after the manufacturing process begins are subject to cancellation costs. Artwork - Retail Price - $80.00/hr. (Contact us for the wholesale/distributor price.) If Elite creates artwork (in its entirety or partially), this applies. Custom Items - These are priced by the job, and they require a quote, so please, contact us. Items from non current wood catalogues are now considered custom. This means that they require a minimum of 10 business days to produce, and they carry setup charges regardless of quantity ordered.
