Elite Awards and Gifts has a fully equipped wood shop for manufacturing all of their wood products in-house: bases, plaques, boxes, as well as many custom pieces.

Woods we use

Oak, mahogany, maple, walnut, bubinga, cedar, ash, pine, rosewood, and Baltic birch. Rosewood is stained walnut and black lacquered products have walnut underneath the lacquer.

Laser Engraving

Manufacturing

Wood, acrylic, plastic, aluminum, granite, avonite, porcelain, stainless steel surfaces may all be decorated using a laser engraver. Images may be left natural or colour filled. Wood and acrylic components may also be cut with extreme accuracy.

Sand Etching

Manufacturing

Crystal, glass, granite, porcelain, and marble surfaces are engraved using the sand blaster. Images may be left natural or colour filled.

Optical Crystal

Our magnificent crystal is among the finest of all crystals available. With no lead content, it is clarified to a 100% optically-clear state, resulting in a perfectly clear glass that yields an unparalleled shine under any light source.

DirectPrint Dye Sublimation

Manufacturing

The DirectPrint dye sublimation process creates full colour decorating on white or light coloured wooden plaques, metal, glass and acrylic surfaces. High quality logos and photographs may be beautifully recreated on name badges, tiles, plaques, signs and more.

Silk Screening

Manufacturing

Many surfaces may be decorated with any combination of one to six spot colours: wood, acrylic, glass, metal, plastic as well as customer supplied items - i.e. boxes, trays, pucks.
