Artwork
All new glass jobs are subject to a setup charge of $30.00. Re-orders will have a $15.00 setup applied. All orders must have clean, solid black and white artwork (like a colouring book). This may be sent as a hard copy (for scanning), or as vectored art on a disc or via email (eps, ai, jpg, bmp or tiff) compatible with Corel 13. Unsuitable artwork that has to be cleaned up will be subject to a $40.00 per hour art charge.
Set Up Charges
All sand etched and lasered products are subject to set up charges.
- New sand etched job - $60.00
- Repeat sand etched job - $30.00
- New laser/direct jet printed job - $50.00
- Repeat $25.00
Silk screening:
- New order $100
- Repeat $50
- Colors - $30.00 per color setup
- Color fill - $7.00 per
Colour Fill
Minimum charge of $3.50 for gold silver, etc. Items that require colour fill must be quoted.
Art Approval
One completed art layout will be provided via fax or email for each order. Production will not begin until a signed approval has been received by the art department.
Production Times
Our normal delivery schedule is 10 to 14 days. An order required in less than 10 days, will be subject to a 10% rush charge and must be approved by our customer service department. If you require your order in less than 5 days, it will be subject to a 20% rush charge.
Payment Terms
New customers pay C.O.D. for their first order if credit cannot be established prior to shipping. A credit application must be completed and approved for an account to be established. Terms are Net 30 with 1% interest charged on all accounts over 30 days. We also accept VISA and MasterCard.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped via courier ground. If you require your shipment to be sent via a specific courier, please indicate this when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the shipment is sent by air, this additional charge will be added to your invoice.
Breakage and Claims
Due to the nature of the products involved, breakage may occur. Please notify our customer service department to arrange for replacements. Any claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 5 days of receipt.
Cancellation of Orders
Changes or cancellations of orders will result in charges for work completed up to that point. Custom ordered glass or crystal will be billed to the customer in the event of cancellation even if it has not been etched.
Returns
Un-etched glass (from our stock that has not been ordered specifically for a job) may be returned for credit. A re-stocking charge of 20% will apply. Completed etched jobs may only be returned in the event an error is made by us, otherwise they may not be returned for a credit. Please ensure that when returning glass or crystal, that it is properly packaged. Damaged items will not be credited.

Customers who purchase more than $5,000.00 of inventory items annually will receive a 5% discount off our best price for any quantity purchased. Customers who purchase more than $10,000.00 of inventory items annually will receive a 10% discount off our best price for any quantity purchased. Discounts apply only to inventory items - not to custom orders. Sales will be reviewed annually to confirm eligibility.
