What does Elite do?
Elite manufactures, designs, and sells recognition, motivation, appreciation, gift, and promotional products. Our specialty is custom work. The main materials we use are hardwood, crystal, glass, acrylic, metal, marble, stone, plastic, and lacquer. We do complete and partial artwork design. A few of our numerous manufacturing processes are laser engraving, sand etching, and silk screening. Visit our products section to view our products online.

How do I go about setting up an account?
You have two options to set up an account with Elite Awards & Gifts:
- Fill out this online application and return it to us. We will contact you after we have reviewed your application.

Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum.
How may I pay for an order?
You may set up a net 30 day account, or you may pay by C.O.D., Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Is Elite Awards & Gifts environmentally conscious?

Products and Prices
What products do you have? Do you have catalogues, and do they contain prices?
You can view products in our products section along with retail pricesfor the items we carry. We also have paper catalogues that we can send you if you would like to contact us.
Do you sell raw materials, like hardwood and lacquer?
No, but we do sell products to any stage of completion you wish, and we do custom work, so we can pretty much make anything you can dream up. Don't feel creative? We can dream something up for you, too!
Custom Work
Do you do custom and unique items?
Yes, we are specialists in this area, and we can do just about anything you can think up. In fact, we can design and manufacture products that others cannot. Contact us, and we will direct you to the appropriate person at Elite Awards & Gifts to give you a quotation based on the type of item you require.
What materials are available for custom work and unique items?
Any of the materials we normally use, and even those we don't (that can be ordered) can be brought into play to create what you need. Visit our products section to view the materials we use regularly.
Placing Orders
How do I place a standard order?
If you are an existing customer, we usually require a hard copy Purchase Order, and it must be signed by the relevant signing authority. The P.O. may be mailed, couriered, faxed, emailed, etc. If you are not an existing customer, you can fill out an application to get started.
How do I place a custom order?
First, we must mutually determine what you are ordering and which of the two of us is doing the design and the artwork. Once these things have been established, we can provide a quotation. If you decide to order, based on the quote, the usual ordering process, described above, applies.
Design & Artwork
Can Elite come up with product designs and product artwork for me?
Yes, if you give us some kind of idea of what you want, we will be happy to come up with designs and artwork. We can do conception to completion, or we can finish something that you have started.
What is the price for this service?
It is $80.00/hr. retail. For the wholesale price, just contact us.
What should I know about supplying artwork to Elite?
Generally speaking, the better the image quality, the better the final product will be. A minimum resolution of 800 dots/inch is recommended, and the image must be black & white only, no half tones or screens, please. We can manipulate just about any PC computer file you provide us (no Mac files, please), to add to or change whatever you provide, so you can have just about anything you would like. We prefer the PC file to be a .CDR, .EPS, or .AI file, but we can work with many others. Contact our Art Department if you have any questions. We can scan an image for our use, if you want to provide a hard copy. Just remember that a poor quality hard copy image will yield poor results. Clearly, image quality is key. (In case you were wondering, we design in CorelDRAW®.)
