What Does Elite Do?
Elite manufactures, designs, and sells recognition, motivation, appreciation, gift, and promotional products. Our specialty is custom work. The main materials we use are hardwood, crystal, glass, acrylic, metal, marble, stone, plastic, and lacquer. We do
complete and partial artwork design. A few of our numerous manufacturing processes are laser engraving, sand etching, and silk screening. You may view our online catalogue here.

How do I go about setting up an account?
You have these choices:
1) Fill out this online application, and submit it. Then, we will contact you.

Is There A Minimum Order?
No

How may I pay for an order?
Upon approval of your credit application a Net 30 day account will be set up. Other acceptable methods of payments are, Cash of Delivery (COD), Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Is Elite Awards & Gifts environmentally conscious?
The products we make from wood are from trees that come through sustainable forestry.

Products and Prices

What products do you have; do you have catalogues, and do they contain prices?
You can view products in our online catalogue. That catalogue contains retail prices.
We also have paper catalogues that we can send you, if you would like to contact us.

I'm not sure how to use the online catalogue. Is this explained anywhere?
Yes, right here.

Do you sell raw materials, like hardwood and lacquer?
No, but we do sell products to any stage of completion you wish, and we do custom work, so we can pretty much make anything you can dream up. We can dream something up for you, too.

 Custom Work

Do you do custom and unique items?
Yes, we are specialists in this area, and we can do just about anything you can think up. In fact, we can design and manufacture products that others cannot. Contact us, and we will direct you to the appropriate person at Elite Awards & Gifts to give you a quotation based on the type of item you require.

What materials are available for custom work and unique items?
Any of the materials we normally use, and even those we don't (that can be ordered) can be brought into play to create what you need. Take a look at our online catalogue to view the materials we use regularly.

 Placing Orders

How do I place a standard order, such as for a product from your online catalogue?
If you are an existing customer, we usually require a hard copy Purchase Order, and it must be signed by the relevant signing authority. The P.O. may be mailed, couriered, faxed, emailed, etc. If you are not an existing customer, go here to apply.

How do I place a custom order?
First, we must mutually determine what you are ordering and which of the two of us is doing the design and the artwork. Once these things have been established, e can provide a quotation. If you decide to order, based on the quote, the usual ordering process, described above, applies.

 Design & Artwork

Can Elite come up with product designs and product artwork for me?
Yes, if you give us some kind of idea of what you want, we will be happy to come up with designs and artwork. We can do conception to completion, or we can finish something that you have started.

What is the price for this service?
It is $80.00/hr. retail. For the wholesale price, just contact us.

What should I know about supplying artwork to Elite?
You may give us a digital file, or you may give us a hard copy, and we will scan it, but it must be a high quality image. For digital files, we need PC (not Mac) files, and we prefer cdr, eps, or ai files, but we can work with many file formats. If you want to know about your specific file, just contact our art department. The image must be at least 800 dots/inch, and it must be black & white, with no screens or half tones.
